At Orange County IT I replaced a 20-year-old classic ASP property tax system with Angular 20 and .NET 9. It is now the system of record for 886,000 secured property tax bills — and the only one: the legacy application is fully retired.
Before that, full stack on Partie, a consumer gaming platform, where I built the real-time video and notification integrations.

Supporting the Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector, and applications across multiple county agencies. Led the property tax system replacement and have been its sole developer since launch.
Partie Partners LLC
Consumer gaming platform. Owned the Agora real-time video and OneSignal notification integrations end to end, on a team of six.
CCC Information Services
Built and maintained an internal MEAN-stack application the engineering team used daily to compose queries, trigger builds, and report results. Automation frameworks for Android and iOS in .NET.
